Please see the Institute Community Support (ICS) Program on the IHSPR website for information about this program, which is designed to support community development, research and knowledge translation activities where the circumstances fall outside CIHR’s programs.
Registrations are for individual use only and cannot be shared.
The Conference Organizers and their agents reserve the right to cancel the event up to ten (10) days prior to the event date. Each registrant will be notified by telephone, with written notification and a full refund following. The University of British Columbia is not responsible for any costs, including but not limited to airline or hotel penalties. If written notice of withdrawal and original receipt is received at UBC CHSPR before February 3, 2017, the registration fee will be refunded less a $75.00 CDN administrative charge.
