Health Policy Workshop Application

This workshop is designed to provide an introduction to how health policy is developed, implemented, and evaluated in Canada, and to explore the institutional, political, and value-based factors that shape health policy decisions. This form collects basic information to help us understand participants’ backgrounds and interests and to support workshop planning. Please note that space is limited, and registration will be confirmed on a rolling basis.
