For almost four decades, CHSPR’s annual health policy conference has provided a platform for thought-provoking dialogues on emerging research in the health services and policy domain. In 2027 the conference will engage attendees in policy debates associated with productivity in Canadian healthcare. Speakers will examine the impact of policies associated with improving healthcare productivity, including healthcare services and technology innovation for Canada’s aging population; allocative efficiency policies between sectors and provider groups; comparisons between jurisdictions’ policies; labor substitution policies; cost-shifting; and the intersection between private and public insurance programs. International and domestic speakers will share their latest results, insights, and policy analyses.
